All-Access Sports Network presents HoopsCast, a weekly podcast featuring various guests and focusing on all things basketball.

Carl is a Managing Partner of NetScouts Basketball. NetScouts Basketball is the largest domestic and international basketball scouting service. They have the most comprehensive International Recruiting Service which is available to colleges, junior colleges and prep schools in the United States.

Each edition of NetScouts Basketball's Men's International Recruiting Digest covers about 500 international youth players from all over the globe. Their Women's International Recruiting Digest covers about 250 players. Each Digest is issued 4x per year.

NetScouts Basketball has 30-50 domestic and international scouts who all have significant basketball industry experience as a player, coach or scout.

They work as consultants international basketball teams as an aid in player placement selections. NetScouts Basketball has the largest database of basketball scouting reports. They are the basketball consultants for Sports Management World Wide, are media collaborators with the Euroleague and are partners with Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook and the Australian-American Basketball Commission.

NetScouts Basketball writes a daily basketball blog and names players of the week and international players of the week for all major conferences and many mid-major conferences. They also name a National and International Player of the Week. The blog also covers the NBA, European basketball and other basketball news.

In addition to his management duties with NetScouts Basketball, Carl scouts mainly Pac-10 games and prep school tournaments for the company and also writes the "International Basketball" column for Basketball Times, the premier college basketball monthly magazine. He has written hundreds of basketball articles.
