I think it fits. What say you?

The source material came from an old police training video called "Sudden Birth" of a real, live birth in the back seat of a car. It was a real birth because it's intenion was to prepare State Troopers for when they may be presented with the real thing themselves. How this woman agreed to go through such an ordeal in the back of a car with actors and cameras and lights and all that... I don't know. One tough gal I suppose. The footage came from the great Internet Archive.

Warning! There is some blood and some lady parts shown in this video. If you like neither, do not watch.

It's also a real labor of love for me - as video, motion graphics, music, and digital communication are all loves of mine - and are all coming together in this channel...

I'm excited as hell to start it off with one of the coolest riff-rockers serving slabs of rock that's out there: Queens of the Stone Age. This episode features the QotSA video "Burn The Witch" w/ ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons. They have a dvd out Over the Years and Through the Woods. "Filmed at London's famed Brixton Academy and Koko, Over The Years and Through the Woods takes you through a visual and audio journey that includes new songs, hidden gems from Queens' related projects, and bonus footage including historical, rare, and acoustic performances, plus behind the scenes footage."

And for you chilled-out indie lushes: this episode also features Northstreet Record's Dirty on Purpose and a great track from their ep "Sleep Late For A Better Tomorrow" in a video directed by Jacob Hensberry. They are now in the studio working on a full-length.

And finally we present, an old, creaky, grainy 1919 animation: Bray Studios' Us Fellers featuring Dudley trying to impress his sweetie Mamie only to piss off his Granma - and so he runs away....

Next week expect to see The Black Keys rocking out to a David Cross video and more...

Let me know what you think. Don't get pissed but we are using the latest, greatest compression which means very crisp images and small file sizes (which is very important). BUT NOTE: this means it will only play with the latest version of Quicktime.

Cheers - Nat
