Biz, who suffered from Multiple Sclerosis, campaigned until her dying day for the legalisation of cannabis for everyone. Having discovered the remarkable relief through her use of cannabis in chocolate, she openly and widely spoke to the press and actively encouraged the production of chocolate for genuine sufferers of MS. Her work and effort was much of the inspiration for the establishment of THC4MS by Lezley and Mark Gibson and Marcus Davies. After distributing almost 40,000 bars of "CannaBiz" chocolate bars free to genuine sufferers of MS, the "TH4MS Three" were raided and prosecuted, being given suspended prison sentences for Conspiracy to Supply Cannabis, at Carlilse Crown Court.
