Big Contact has been created by musicians and music lovers for use by music lovers, musicians and other creative people. As such, Big Contact understands that there are great benefits to creative people when they share and let others share some of their creations. At the same time, Big Contact respects the rights of creative people and demands that users of Big Contact tools respect their rights as well.

BLOG, PODCAST, RADIO CREATION

I will be a good blog/podcast/radio citizen.

I will respect the rights of copyright holders.

I will not post or link to known copyright-infringing material.

If a copyright holder of content that I feature on my blog/podcast/radio requests removal of that content I will remove the content immediately.

FEED PLAYER

I will not knowingly download or stream copyright-infringing material.

BETA STATUS

I understand that this is a beta release of the Big Contact software. While Big Contact strives to make its service as enjoyable an experience as possible, I understand there might be things that don't work as well as they probably should during this time of development. As a beta, and as I am hip enough to be using this stuff this early, I have the unique opportunity to help improve and shape Big Contact. If I have any probems, spot things that could use improving, think of features I'd like to see and use or just want to scream at someone - I understand that Big Contact will welcome my comments.

GENERAL

I am able to make my own decisions. I will not hold Big Contact responsible for actions I alone choose to take. By breaking any of these rules I understand that my Big Contact account may be terminated.
